About me…

In 2001, I began asking myself: What is happiness?
Since then, I’ve explored this topic from many angles, studying Gestalt Therapy, Group Facilitation, Relationship Counseling, Co-Active Coaching, Nonviolent Communication.

I left my high-tech career to become a reltaionship coach and began creating and facilitating connection workshops. Later, I founded a software company so I could continue coaching and offering workshops without financial pressure.

Along the way, I moved to the Algarve, ended a 15-year relationship, began a new and exciting relationship, and eventually moved to Lisbon, where I now live with my partner and my son.
